THE PURPOSE
The Conference aims to enhance the efficiency of legal protection and implementation of environmental, energy and climate policies in the Western Balkans. It will facilitate the exchange of best practices and experiences among legal professionals, lawyers, environmental civil society organisations (CSOs), and public institutions within the framework of the EU accession process and the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans.
















PROGRAMME
The Regional Conference “Raw Challenges – Critical Solutions“ represents a forum for evidence-based dialogue and extends networking between legal practitioners (lawyers/legal experts, prosecutors, judges), CSOs, the academic community and public institutions.
The Conference agenda will consist of panel discussions, which include a presentation of recent policy analyses, case studies, theorists’ and practitioners’ examinations within the best practice exchange and interdisciplinary debate facilitation.
